I had talked to Ben Naumann and Christian House Buyers for 3 years about multiple properties before we were able to do a deal together. If you want to sell your commercial property fast, sell your rental property fast, sell your land fast, or sell your townhouse fast, I would recommend. We ran into a couple road bumps with survey and title docs on our transaction but Ben and team worked to fix the issue and get us closed. I am certain we will be working together again on future deals!
