We were able to help seller Richard with his La Avenida house. Him and his wife had actually moved out of town and they had a tenant living in the property.
The property was actually not in the best of conditions, being them out of town and elderly, they just weren’t able to keep up with the property anymore, so is actually not too good of shape for the tenant or for the neighborhood or the homeowner. They didn’t think they could sell it at the time, it was leased out with a tenant. We were able to help him walk through the process of selling the house and what to do with the tenant. We took care of the tenant and took care of a couple different issues with this property here. We walked them through the process and helped them with the sale here. We glad that we were able to make a win-win deal
