The landlord here who sold his old apartment building to us was very happy

The seller Tim here who told us he has a small apartment here he had owned the property for a very long time and he actually had some tenants in a property, that were very frustrated since they were uncooperative and they re not paying rent and I were very uncooperative with him this is actually during covid and I he tried to get them out of the property and he was not having luck we’re able to buy the property with the tenants in place since then we’ve actually I got the sentence out of the property and clean clean the property up little actually on some properties across the across the street there so he’s very happy that we were able to make the make the neighborhood a better place and help him with his property here
