Ovid was happy to sell his property in La Marque

We got to work with the seller Ovid here with his property and Lamarque. He had inherited this property with his brother, and It did need a fair amount of repairs. it was never updated and we were able to help this family out by purchasing a property in as-is Condition. It did need a little bit of love. We went through the process with him and his brother, talked them through, helped some help and got a clear title and everything like that they could legally and illegally sell the property to us through the title company we actually met over there near the property, very late one. I wanted to get this agreement taken care of and help them out
