We were able to get this vacant lot closed

Just so we are glad that we were able to close in this vacant lot for our Cellar here I actually we never met the seller they responded to us that they wanted to sell but there’s a lot here off of Angus Street in Houston and we gave we proceeded to give them an offer and a fair offer and we agreed to the price we told them that they didn’t have to they didn’t have to clear the lot they can leave all of the trees on the lot they didn’t have to pay for a survey we actually paid for the survey and I we paid all the closing costs and it was a pleasure to get this done for them we do buy Lots as well as houses and a commercial buildings.
