The sellers did not want to remodel their townhouse

He said this was actually this townhouse we purchased year was actually someone who it was going to actually from another investor it was a son and a mom that we are going to be investors together in this town house but they actually, I believe they bit off more than I could chew, and it was a very severe project and they actually never got around to to repairing it and they let it sit vacant for four years, and I’m really just didn’t get it didn’t get it fixed up so they could print it out and they decided it was time to sell it and we actually got in got into the property, were able to get a deal to the deal done with them, and the complex there is actually in better and better shape now that we’re able to remodel the the townhouse unit there
